1:轮式挖掘机右走动和挖斗无姿势,动臂和斗杆动作慢

据轮式挖掘机老总反映在拆换完调压阀总程的密封性后即发生此故障。测后泵收挖斗时的压力为1﹒5Mpa,远低于标准值的28﹒5Mpa。在提前准备互换双路的阀时,发觉故障一侧的阀部位上为一堵头而原堵头的位置却安裝了阀。互换恰当部位后设备一切正常。原先维修人员拆换完调压阀总程的密封性后,将该组阀的阀与堵头部位安反。

When preparing for the exchange of dual safety valves in advance, it was found that the safety valve on the faulty side had a plug, while the original plug was installed with a safety valve. After exchanging the appropriate parts, everything in the equipment is normal. After the original maintenance personnel replaced the sealing of the pressure regulating valve, they installed the safety valve and plug of the group of valves in the opposite direction.

设备体现刚拆换了先导油阀封,但拆换后工作中了十几分钟一直很一切正常,随后忽然就不行。依据此状况,先猜疑先导压力不够。经检测先导压力极低,决策溶解先导泵。***发觉先导泵键入轴的骨架密封已挤压,此缘故有二种:一是安裝问题,二是此处压力过高。再次溶解发觉先导泵的密封圈方位安反。这里才算是故障的真正的缘故,当刚开始运行时,骨架密封沒有彻底毁坏,仍可常规工作中,因骨架密封只有承担低电压,故密封圈迅速毁坏,造成先导压力油从毁坏处泄出。

The equipment showed that the pilot oil valve seal had just been removed and replaced, but after the removal and replacement, it worked for more than ten minutes and everything remained normal. Then suddenly, it didn't work. Based on this situation, first suspect that the pilot pressure is insufficient. After testing, the pilot pressure was found to be extremely low, and the decision was made to dissolve the pilot pump. The first thing I noticed was that the skeleton seal of the input shaft of the pilot pump had been squeezed. There are two reasons for this: installation issues and high pressure at this location. Dissolve again and find that the sealing ring of the pilot pump is in the wrong direction. This is the true cause of the malfunction. When it first started running, the skeleton seal was not completely damaged and could still function normally. As the skeleton seal only bears low voltage, the sealing ring quickly broke, causing pilot pressure oil to leak out from the damaged area.

经查验,一其他姿势一切正常;二提到动臂后斗杆下移较快。互换斗杆先导管后故障依然,表明故障在调压阀或斗杆液压缸,本着有的放矢的标准。拆检操纵阀座,发觉阀座卡在液压缸缩回去部位,用塑胶螂头和铜棒振动后取下阀座。由此可见有闪耀铁末,联络斗杆下移较快。分辨故障根本原因为挖掘机加长臂斗杆缸套挫伤,拆检斗杆液压缸后确认。

If the malfunction persists after exchanging the pipe for the stick, it indicates that the malfunction is in the pressure regulating valve or the stick hydraulic cylinder, in accordance with targeted standards. After disassembling and inspecting the valve seat, it was found that the valve seat was stuck in the retracted part of the hydraulic cylinder. After vibrating with a plastic head and a copper rod, the valve seat was removed. From this, it can be seen that there is shining iron powder, and the connecting rod moves down quickly. The root cause of the malfunction was identified as a contusion on the cylinder liner of the excavator's extended arm bucket rod. After disassembling and inspecting the hydraulic cylinder of the bucket rod, it was confirmed.
