液压挖掘机驱动桥减速器过热的原因有哪些?

1、驱动桥减速器过热现象:挖掘机行驶一定里程后,驱动桥内的运动机件作相对滑动摩擦,因而产生一定的温度。用手触摸不应有烫手感觉,否则,即视为过热。

驱动壳内的主传动机件主要有主减速器、差速器和轮边减速器等。主减速器和差速器连在一起,集中地分配在驱动桥的中间,此件工作时都存在滑动摩擦现象。

正常情况下,驱动桥内相对运动的配合机件表面应有一层润滑油膜作为介质,以防两机件发生直接接触摩擦。这不仅延缓了机件的磨损进程,同时减少摩擦产生的热量,通过润滑油的流动还能将机件摩擦产生的热量带走散发,使驱动桥内的主传动部分温度降低,以保持正常的温度。否则,将会使驱动桥内的两配合件在相对运动时,因缺乏润滑油而产生半干摩擦或干摩擦,摩擦系数增大,摩擦力也相应增大,温度升高。

由于缺乏润滑油造成散热不良,机件温度散发不出去而积聚,机件运动速度越高,时间越长,则温度越高。由此可见,驱动桥主传动部分过热,是因两相对运动的机件工作表面发生直接摩擦所致。之所以能发生直接摩擦,一是没有润滑油或油滑油过少;二是虽有足够的油滑油,但由于配合间隙过小,齿轮啮合时轮齿挤压过紧,使轮齿表面不至于能形成油膜而产生直接摩擦;三是过载时配合机件相互压过大,将机件表面油膜挤破产生直接摩擦而引起过热。四是由于润滑油品质变坏使之在零件表面难以形成油膜,两机件会发生直接摩擦而过热。

(1)驱动桥维修后使用时产生过热,是装配过紧的可能性很大,应检查调整。

(2)如因长时间上坡引起过热,多数是因大负荷行驶时间过长,应停车休息。
