挖掘机出现动作缓慢无力的原因!

  全液压进口挖掘机有时会出现整机工作无力、动作缓慢的现象,我们分析其主要原因是液压系统出现了故障。
  The imported full hydraulic excavator sometimes has the phenomenon of weak working and slow moving. We analyze that the main reason is the failure of the hydraulic system.
  1.主泵压力偏低
  1. The main pump pressure is low.
  挖掘机采用双联斜盘式轴向变量柱塞泵。正常情况下,主泵输出油压≥30MPa。如果主泵的柱塞与缸体之间或者缸体的端面与配流盘之间的磨损量超过标准(柱塞与缸体之间的间隙应小于0.02mm,缸体端面与配流盘之间的接触面积应不低于90%),就会造成主泵输出压力偏低,反映到机械的工作装置,就会出现整机工作无力的现象。
  The excavator adopts a dual swashplate axial variable piston pump. Normally, the output oil pressure of the main pump is more than 30 MPa. If the wear amount between the plunger and the cylinder body or between the end face of the cylinder body and the valve plate exceeds the standard (the gap between the plunger and the cylinder body should be less than 0.02mm, and the contact area between the cylinder body and the valve plate should not be less than 90%), the output pressure of the main pump will be low, which will be reflected in the working device of the machine, and the whole machine will be powerless.
  2.主泵输出流量控制阀组有故障

  以主泵与发动机的功率达到佳匹配、充分发挥发动机的作用为前提,该机主泵的输出流量是随着发动机功率的变化而变化的。如果用于调节主泵输出流量的控制阀组出现了故障,如PLS反馈回路堵塞、LS阀阀芯卡死、PC阀阀芯卡死或PC—EPC电磁阀内部线圈被烧坏等情况,都会造成主泵始终处于一种流量不变的状态。如果主泵一直处于小流量状态,机器在工作时就会无力、动作缓慢。

If the control valve group used to regulate the output flow of the main pump fails, such as the blockage of the PLS feedback loop, the blockage of the LS valve core, the blockage of the PC valve core or the burnout of the inner coil of the PC-EPC solenoid valve, the main pump will always be in a constant flow state. If the main pump is always in a small flow state, the machine will be powerless and slow in operation.

  3.减压阀输出的控制压力偏低

  正常情况下,减压阀能够将主泵的输出油压降低并稳定在3.3MPa,形成控制油压。如果因油质太脏而使减压阀上的锥形阀芯关闭不严,就会导致减压阀的输出压力低于3.3MPa。这时,无论操作手柄怎样动作,控制油压始终偏低,各种工作装置的主控制阀的阀芯移动量偏小,从而导致流向工作装置的流量也偏小,造成整机无力。
  Normally, the pressure relief valve can reduce and stabilize the output oil pressure of the main pump at 3.3 MPa, forming a control oil pressure. If the conical spool on the relief valve is not tightly closed due to the dirty oil, the output pressure of the relief valve will be less than 3.3 MPa. At this time, no matter how the operating handle operates, the control oil pressure is always low, and the movement of the valve core of the main control valve of various working devices is small, which leads to the flow of flow to the working device is also small, resulting in the weakness of the whole machine.
  4.主溢流阀的溢流压力偏低

  主溢流阀将整个液压系统的高压力限定在32.5MPa,对于超过此值的高压,主溢流阀将开启卸压,以保护系统不受损坏。如果因油质不良而将主溢流阀阀芯上的小孔堵塞而导致阀芯常开,或者主溢流阀的设定溢流压力偏低,都会造成实际溢流压力偏低,即系统压力偏低。

For high pressures above this value, the main relief valve will be opened and unloaded to protect the system from damage. If the main relief valve spool is blocked due to poor oil quality and the spool is often open, or the set relief pressure of the main relief valve is low, the actual overflow pressure will be low, that is, the system pressure is low.
  5.卸荷阀有故障

  当驾驶员启动发动机并将操作杆置于空挡时,主泵输出液压油通过卸荷阀直接返回油箱,卸荷压力为3MPa。如果因油质太脏而使卸荷阀阀芯关闭不严,当机器作业时,主泵的输出油会经过卸荷阀直通油箱,致使系统建立不起高压;同样,如果卸荷阀上用于阻隔PlS压力油与油箱接通的0形密封圈损坏时,也会导致主泵液压油直接流回油箱。
  When the driver starts the engine and puts the lever in neutral, the output hydraulic oil of the main pump returns directly to the tank through the unloading valve, and the unloading pressure is 3 MPa. If the discharging valve spool is not closed tightly because of the dirty oil, when the machine is working, the output oil of the main pump will pass through the discharging valve to the tank directly, which makes the system unable to establish high pressure. Similarly, if the 0-ring on the discharging valve is damaged, the hydraulic oil of the main pump will flow back to the tank directly.
  6.LS旁通阀有故障
  6. LS Bypass Valve Faulty
  LS旁通阀可通过阀体上的两个小孔(轻微)泄漏掉一部分LS回路上的P15压力油,以增加机器操作的柔和性。如果阀体上的o形密封圈损坏,PL5压力油就会直接与油箱相通,从而间接导致卸荷阀常开,造成各工作装置动作无力、缓慢。
  LS bypass valve can leak part of P15 pressure oil in LS circuit through two small holes (slightly) on the valve body to increase the flexibility of machine operation. If the O-ring on the valve body is damaged, the PL5 pressure oil will directly communicate with the oil tank, which indirectly causes the unloading valve to open normally, resulting in the weak and slow movement of each working device.
  总之,挖掘机若出现整机工作无力,很大程度上可归因于液压油的油质不良。所以,按时更换液压油滤芯(规定为每500 h更换一次)和注意监控液压油油质(粘度、流动性及有无悬浮物等),就成为避免或减少此类故障的关键。
  In a word, if the excavator is unable to work, it can be attributed to the poor oil quality of hydraulic oil to a large extent. Therefore, the key to avoid or reduce such failures is to replace the hydraulic oil filter element on time (stipulated to be replaced every 500 hours) and pay attention to monitoring the quality of hydraulic oil (viscosity, fluidity and suspended matter, etc.).
